The company acts as a veritable magnet for free spirited individuals fascinated with climbing the highest mountain on earth "Everest" and trekking in the most isolated highlands of the Himalayas. Our decades long partaking in the outdoor adventures, specializing in trekking and mountaineering expeditions have taught us about the significance of 'Tourism'. Our trekking and climbing adventures in the Himalayas will take you by wonder by the ethereal mountain scenery amidst towering peaks and also by the unique brand of syncretic Hindu and Buddhist religious practices.
Grand Himalaya Treks & Expedition is a government registered private limited company with the registration number 601491894 and has a registered office at Boudh-6, Arubari Simaltar, Kathmandu, Nepal. We are affiliated with all the chief trekking and mountaineering associations of Nepal which includes Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Trekking Agencies' Association of Nepal (TAAN), Nepal Mountaineering Associations (NMA), and Kathmandu Environmental Education Project (KEEP). We offer a vast array of exhilarating trips which expends from the beautiful Himalayan glaciers and brightens up the high Himalayas towards the melted white waters which carves through the majestic hills in the middle and then nourishes the southern plains enriching the flora fauna.

It was in the year 2010, when for the first time, time blessed me with an opportunity to travel overseas, "Australia". It was this maiden voyage that dramatically modified my life, and sole perception of travelling took a concrete shape.
Belonging to a landlocked country, Nepal, I was tremendously enthralled by my excitement to encounter and treasure the loveliness of ocean. Sitting by the ocean with a cup of coffee in one hand and a camera on the other, I witnessed the world swiftly passing by; however, the sensational breeze blowing from the shore reminded me of the flawless aura of being in an absolute 5 Star holiday. Without the touch and hues of luxurious amenities, I believe sitting shoulder to shoulder with your dream and living it every next minute, is a five star holiday. Coming back home with the complete package of a new person behind my skin was the handsome reward of Travelling. This is how like all the best journeys of our lives, the Grand Himalaya started in 2013 with the simple thought..
Our Vision

As a result tourism is one of the key source of income of the nation. The tourist industry is seen as a way to alleviate poverty and achieve greater social equity in the country. Hence it becomes our responsibility to promote healthy and responsible tourism in Nepal, so as our country holds a significant position in the field of tourism. We can do so by attempting to make as less an impact on the environment and local culture as possible, while helping to generate future employment for people. For us the term 'development' is not just labeled with Grand Himalaya, instead we also see to it that development brings a positive experience for local people, tourism companies and the tourists themselves. Tourism playing such an important role in the development of our country, we help to aware the young generations about the need and significance of tourism in the nation.
Our Goal
As honorable as it may be to live a life without risk, we miss the most exciting aspects of life if we do not venture out, at least a little bit, into the unknown.
