Terms & Condition

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Grand Himalaya Expedition, a trekking and expedition company based in Nepal. By booking or participating in our activities you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1 A booking is confirmed only after the client pays the required deposit and receives written confirmation from Grand Himalaya Expedition.
1.2 The client must provide accurate personal details, emergency contact information, and any relevant medical information at the time of booking.

2. Prices and Payment
2.1 All prices quoted are in the currency indicated at the time of booking and may include taxes and fees as specified.
2.2 A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a reservation. The balance is due at the time and in the manner specified in your booking confirmation.
2.3 Grand Himalaya Expedition reserves the right to adjust prices for factors beyond our control (e.g., government taxes, fuel surcharges) and will notify clients of such changes as early as possible.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds (if any) are processed according to the cancellation policy shown at booking and may be subject to administrative fees.
3.2 Grand Himalaya Expedition may cancel, alter, or reschedule trips due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances. When we cancel, we will offer an alternative date or a refund in accordance with our policy.

4. Health, Fitness & Medical
4.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate in the chosen activity. Prior medical consultation is recommended for those with pre-existing conditions.
4.2 Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications to Grand Himalaya Expedition prior to departure. We reserve the right to refuse participation if undisclosed conditions pose a risk to the client or group.
